Recession hits IT city

The world economical melt down is affecting all people worldwide. And the influence is more visible in IT cities in India because here the richness of foreign money was very much visible. Now so many IT companies are facing problems and still its employees are getting pink slips and many are under the shadow of pink slip threatening. Many companies cut down the salaries. So all hesitate to spend money lavishly like before. This melt down is visible in shopping malls, theatres, supermarkets and everywhere. Real estate companies’ prices also have fallen down. Actually rent is so high in Bangalore. It was so struggle to survive for normal people here because of the high rents. Now that also is coming down. Even hospitals also were utilizing the IT money. Now they have to slow down their rates too.

TO LET boards are displaying everywhere. Also many jobless families are waiting for the ‘school year end’ to shift from here to native places. So by the end of March more vacant houses will be available. People who spent money in control in their golden time are feeling a little safety now. Others are suffering. Many are under depression and counseling cells are formed aiming them. The global recession has hit every sector. Changes are natural. All are affecting in one manner or in another. We must take it in the positive spirit and should work hard to carry on. If the living expenses are reducing as before we can tolerate it. Let us hope for the best hereafter.

Child Crimes

People’s mindset is changing day by day. Child crimes usual in western countries before. Now it is usual in India too. Such an incident is happened in Mumbai last day. Two 9th class students fought over a bench and one (Akshay Potti) was beaten to death. Even though the death happened coincidentally, we can think of the mindset of our kids. The new growing generation is losing all values of life. There are many reasons behind it. One of it I have mentioned in my old post “Kids the success mantra behind many products”. Let us spend some time to teach our children the value of affection, kindness, love, sharing etc. Heartfelt condolences to Akshay for his untimely death.

Holidays are coming...so parents please be alert!!!!

Summer vacation is arriving. So children are waiting for enjoying it after their exams. We can realize one thing that most of the child accidents happen in the vacation time. The reason is that, parents send their children to their relative’s homes. That place is completely a new place for the children. May be once in a year or 2 or 3 times in a year they visit there and are unaware of the hidden traps like wells, ponds, rivers, electric shocks, pits, bore wells etc. Such an incident is shown above. 3 children drowned in a sump due to the unawareness of the risk/carelessness of the parents. It was happened in Bangalore 3 days back. Here in Bangalore water storage system is in sumps. It will be covered with an iron lid. Here their mother thought that they won’t do such a thing.

We can avoid such accidents if a little more care is given:

Before sending our kids to some places, give them enough advise/warning about the hidden traps and make them conscious about it. Don’t hesitate to warn the host also about such things. Because children feel more freedom in the absence of parents and it lead to many activities which may cause their death. So let us keep these points in mind for our kid’s safety.

Pomegranate during pregnancy

Doctors suggest taking all varieties of fruits during pregnancy. All fruits are enriched with vitamins. In that pomegranate has an important role during pregnancy. It is a wonderful fruit which supplies various health benefits. It contains folic acid, Vitamin C and numerous antioxidants which help us to prevent alzheimer’s disease, heart problems, aging, arthritis and it also helps in protecting unborn babies from brain injuries. Expectant mothers at risk of premature birth drinking pomegranate juice is good to help their babies resist brain injuries from low oxygen and reduced blood flow. In humans, decreased blood flow and oxygen to the infant brain is linked to premature birth and other irregularities during pregnancy, birth and early development. This causes brain injury in approximately 2 of every 1,000 full-term human births and in a very high percentage of babies born before 34 weeks of gestation. In India pomegranate is commercially planted in Maharashtra, Gujarat to a limited extent in U.P., A.P., Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Compared to other fruits from the market, its cost also is reasonable. So let us try not to ignore this wonderful fruit.
